Usually helpful,not everybody knows how to use social media so they can't answer a question which is a surprise to me that they are working in a cell phone establishment and can't answer simple questions. Today I got the help I needed.
I am compelled to write this letter because of the horrible way that I was treated yesterday (September 27, 2021, at about 2:00 PM) at the Dunkin Donuts located at 80 Godwin Ave, Midland Park, NJ 07432. When I walked into the establishment there was onlyone employee at the counter and no customers. The person behind the counter was talking on his cell with the mask under hischin. As I placed my order (ice cream) he did not stop the call or fixed his mask over the mouth. When he opened theprotecting doors to serve the ice cream I noticed droplets coming out of this mouth and into the buckets of ice cream. Then Itold him that I did not want the ice cream anymore because he was not wearing his mask properly and left. As I was leaving heshouted f... y...! , to which I did not react. However, I cannot let this event stray unreported. This is the time of thepandemic and this person may infect your customers. Description of the offending individual: male, 20 to 25 years old, Latinethnicity (he was speaking Spanish), dark skin, black beard, and not showing a good disposition for work.
DD Is DD but the staff here make the difference. A really great crew.
