Subway -  Midland,

This restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with limited seating. The servers were very friendly and accommodating. The food was exceptional, receiving a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

The rice bowl at this restaurant was excellent. I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.

Customer Service is terrible at this location. Came in to grab a sub and waited for 15 minutes just to get served. They are more concerned about the DoorDash and skip the dishes then they are with the customers waiting standing in front of them.

This Subway is almost how you would expect a well ran Subway. There hasnt been a single time I've been in that the items looked bad. The sandwiches always taste fresh and done nicely.(atleast whenever I order). Only con I have had is sometimes it's very hard to communicate with staff, but honestly can't hold that against anyone. Other than that, its a good subway to go to.

In general, the food at this restaurant is excellent. However, I have noticed that the staff have a concerning habit of handling cash with their gloves on and then proceeding to prepare food without changing them. I have politely requested for the staff to change their gloves on a few occasions. While some staff members comply without any issues, others seem to view my request as unnecessary and bothersome.
