Eat good, but the waitress we sucked the worst waitress I ever had. very rude, lazy, tried to overload us and never brought our drinks I had to ask another waitress to bring them after they did not get for almost an hour

It was the 16th birthday of my niece, and we have let ourselves in for a dessert, the waitress was super sweet, and the entire staff came out and sang her happy birthday! Many thanks for such a great experience!

The service was very slow. started with 1/2 cup coffee and waited for 20 min for a refill. only 2 times during the entire meal we saw our server. that was good, but they stay away on Sunday!

Big boy is a great place, only if she would not have an rude waiter if we go there, she is rude

Very good buffet but sone of the plates were not clean. The bathrooms were clean. The service although at the front desk was kind, our server was never there to give us refills or pick up plates from the buffet.
