Whataburger - Midland

Waited 30 min in drive with only 3 vehicles in front of us only to receive cold food. Fries cold rock hard. Both burgers made incorrect. No cookie with kids meal. Drink machine clearly tastes out and they still gave us drinks. Totally ridiculous wouldhave taken it all back but have a two week old baby with us that needed to go eat as well. Worst whataburger in town by far!Wish there was zero Star option.

This is by far the worst Whataburger I've ever visited. I stood at the counter for over ten minutes while employees walked around, chatting on their cell phones. Even a manager came to the front, saw me, and walked away without acknowledging me. Honestly, the health department should check this location out. I noticed employees drinking in food service areas, talking on their phones without changing gloves or washing their hands, and touching their masks before returning to cook. There were also flies everywhere in the dining area. To sum it up, I won’t be coming back here, and if you're concerned about your health, I recommend avoiding this location.

I recommend going to a different Whataburger. I ordered through their app and had my food delivered, but I was disappointed. The fries were stale, and they added jalapeños to my taquitos, which I didn't order and can't eat. Additionally, they didn't include all the sauces I requested. I called the manager, who offered to remake my order for pickup, but if I had the option to pick it up in the first place, I would have done so. Overall, I suggest finding another Whataburger.

I placed a straightforward order for six people but only received half of it. The kids' meal was incorrect, and I didn't get the cookie that was supposed to come with it. Three of the meals were burgers, and they were all made incorrectly—one had only ketchup on the bun, and nothing else. The tea was unsweetened, and there was no barbecue sauce included. When I called to inform them about the mistakes, I was put on hold for ten minutes, only for them to hang up on me.

I ordered an avocado burger, that had more onions in it than anything else. I also had to use the bathroom, but once in there I quickly changed my mind because of how filthy it was. This is definitely not going to be on my top favorite ???? of places to goand eat. I also won't be ordering the avocado burger again (more like the onion burger) GROSS, I clearly recall specifying thatI didn't want any onions on my burger.
