Sumo Sushi Hibachi - Midland

I visited this restaurant during the week for a special occasion and had no idea what to expect since it was my first time. I ended up having the best experience! The waitress was incredibly kind and made the whole visit feel really special; I just wish I had gotten her name. The food was amazing as well!

I thoroughly enjoyed the sushi and the cheese rangoons I ordered. The soup was a little bland, but I’m not really complaining about it. The server was friendly and incredibly attentive. I will definitely return for lunch again.

The entrance to the restaurant is located on Market Street, and the rear entrance is currently closed. The waitstaff is satisfactory, and the sushi is decent. The restaurant is fairly clean overall. However, the bathroom could use some improvement, though it’s not in terrible condition.

Everything here was so fresh and delicious! My husband and I loved all the sushi and appetizers. Also love there is a lot of variety so that everyone can find something they'll love. Probably the best sushi I've ever had, can't wait to bring friends!
