Mcdonald's - Midland

I ordered a few dishes that were on the larger side and didn't have many issues with them. The only problem arose when I realized I had left behind a second bag after leaving the restaurant. I called and they informed me that they had set it aside for me to come back and retrieve. It was my mistake, but they still made the process incredibly easy and stress-free.

This is McDonald's. The prices are pretty average, but they have a good selection. It was late, so the service was quick and easy. I just wish they weren't closing tonight. That part is really frustrating!

The male manager during lunchtime on 03/06/22 was excellent at leading his team. I overheard him giving compliments and coaching in the dining area. As a former general manager at McDonald's, I was impressed to see this manager leading by example every day, especially in such a busy and fast-paced city.

No fucking sign that the lobby is closed. I wouldn't have known.

I’m very patient. I always get unsweet tea when I ask for sweet, I often don’t get the right modifications, today my macchiato was shaken up. None of that is a big enough deal for me to really complain about, most people there go above and beyond.BUT THIS is disgusting. I was ripping up pancakes for my kids, get to the bottom pancake and there is what looks to be a bite taken? Hopefully not, hopefully it was just a prank and was actually ripped off or even better hopefully it broke when it was frozen… in a perfect bite shape. But nonetheless it looks like a bite. Like someone put their grimey mouth on the pancake I paid for and was going to give my kids. That’s gross ALL the time but especially in the midst of a pandemic. Do better.I’m still giving three stars because the older woman, Pam or Jen or I forget her name is always *so kind* and one of the Highschool girls looked high and low for a toy one time when I was trying to find it for my friends autistic child. Most of the staff is great but this was disgusting.
