Grand Traverse Pie Company - Midland

First I've picked up many cinnamon rolls to share with friends. (On this Sunday am). My husband picked up 3 cinnamon rolls they where horrible! Dry they where not even rolled tight! Disgusting! How did these make it to the case?!Also the blue berry turnover and Bavarian cream was tastless and sickly sweet. This should never happen at a place of this level of baked goods! I will be returning all of it for a full refund! Maybe just a lazy baker isolated incident? I can't understand how these baked goods where even allowed in the case with a manager on duty? It will be awhile before I try Grand Traverse Pie Company again. The only thing I can equate this incident to is like showing up to Nieman Marcus or Sak's Fifth Ave and finding piles of clothes everywhere looking like Khols on Black Friday. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED•••• gave full refund was kind about it.

The Ruben was pretty good. But The cashier lady was very rude. Didn’t say hello or greet with a smile. She was snappy and overall didnt even look happy. Kinda gave me a depressed mood lol. Wasn’t the first time she’s been rude. I believe her name is Danellia. IF I ever go back I’ll be asking for someone different to help us. Honestly shouldn’t have workers that aren’t customer friendly.

I’ve enjoyed GTPC for years. The new menu item, GT Quesadilla, is fabulous! I just had to share. It’s a mild Quesadilla so I really liked the subtle flavors. The Pot Pie and the Gt chicken salad croissant are also a great go-to for lunch or dinner. And the pie!! Yum! Service is pleasant and quick too. I take out and also meet friends there. Easy parking too. GTPC , you check all the boxes.

I absolutely love their quiches and, as usual, took home a strawberry rhubarb pie for dessert later! Wheelchair accessibility: As I used a walker, I found it was easily attainable to enter.

I would really like to speak to someone in corporateThis is absolutely THE WORST restaurant to ever eat at. The customer service is ABSOLUTELY horrible!I hope the day that my place of employment ordered here, I hope that I wasn't talking to a manager on the phone.I can guarantee they lost business from my place of employment, which makes up 6 different Midland families
