Fujiyama Sushi More - Midland

Probably one of the most interesting atmospheres I've had in a restaurant that didn't cost me my first born child. The area is laced with relaxing music and a friendly atmosphere, the staff are at the ready to assist and love to get to know their customers. The food was great, some of the best sushi I've had, reminded me of my favorite place for sushi back home. I will be frequenting this place in the future. The two rolls I got were the Fuji roll and Firecracker (left to right). Great selections just to test the waters of this joint, keep in mind however, the firecracker has a kick to it. Those who appose spice should stay away! But for the rest I will definitely recommend it.

First time here with my husband who has been multiple times. He says the egg rolls are the best he has ever had in his entire life. We had the midland roll it was delicious! I tried the fried noodle lunch special, also delicious!

We visited for the first time it was good! It seems sushi places are hit and miss in the area but we will be back to fujiyama! I got the tempura crunch roll with crab it was delicious!! I also tried the complimentary miso soup it was awesome! The atmosphere was dark quiet but calming.

The food and service was great. They have variety of sushi options to chose from. A small selection of domestic beers and few imported Japanese wines and beers

This is our second time ordering take out from here and love the food, sushi, fried rice and miso soup! Would highly recommend, everything is hot when we pick it up and looks and taste fresh! We will be back again and love supporting this local business! Sorry the picture is missing a few pieces, my wife already got to them before I got the picture lol.
