Fujiyama Sushi More - Midland

I had one of the most enjoyable dining experiences at a restaurant that didn't break the bank. The ambiance was relaxing, complemented by soothing music and a welcoming vibe. The staff were eager to assist and genuinely interested in getting to know their customers. The food was fantastic — some of the best sushi I've ever had, reminding me of my favorite sushi spot back home. I definitely plan to return. I tried two rolls: the Fuji Roll and the Firecracker (from left to right). The menu offers a wide variety of options, but I only sampled a couple to get a feel for the place. Just a heads up, the Firecracker roll packs some heat, so spice-sensitive diners should steer clear. For everyone else, I highly recommend giving it a try!

This was my first time at the restaurant with my husband, and he couldn't stop raving about the food. He declared the egg rolls to be the best he's ever had in his entire life! We also tried the middle country roll, which was absolutely delicious. I opted for the roasted noodle lunch special, and it was equally fantastic!

Food is always delicious, every time I'm gone, I have excellent service. The staff is always sweet and helpful and this is just my favorite sushi restaurant throughout the Midland-Odessa area

We visited for the first time and really enjoyed it! Sushi restaurants can be hit or miss in the area, but we definitely plan to return to Fujiyama. I had the Crab Tempura Crunch Roll, and it was delicious! I also tried the complimentary miso soup, which was fantastic! The atmosphere was dark and calm, creating a soothing vibe.

Amaxing service. I asked a few questions and they were answered by a very knowledgable staff. The food all came out quick. Best sushi I've had in town. Love the pan fried dumplings. I will definitely be coming back again and again.
