El Rancho - Midland

The food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend the asado plate for breakfast—it really takes you back to the motherland. They also offer complimentary chips and salsa. I just wish they were open on weekends! Everything here feels genuinely authentic. You can't visit Central without trying this place!
