Cielito Lindo Mexican - Midland

We visited this restaurant to try the menudo, but my bowl was mostly filled with hominy, which was tough to chew. Unfortunately, the menudo itself had very little flavor.

We visited this restaurant to sample the menudo, but I was disappointed to find that my bowl contained very little menudo itself. Instead, there was an abundance of the white hominy, which was quite tough to chew. To make matters worse, the menudo lacked any flavor.

The food was fantastic, and the service was pretty good. The staff was friendly, and my wife said it was the best menudo she's ever had at a restaurant. I tried some of her menudo and really liked it as well, which is surprising because I usually only enjoy it at home. We will definitely be returning!

I ordered one pound of barbacoa on Sunday, and it was fantastic—some of the best Mexican food I've had in Midland, plus it was very affordable. My wife tried the pastor burrito and absolutely loved it; it was freshly made and delicious. Good food takes time to prepare, so if you're in a hurry, you might want to opt for a fast-food restaurant instead.

I was browsing restaurants in Midland when I came across this one, and I'm so glad I decided to check it out. The food was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. I really appreciated how attentive the waitress was to us and to other customers as well. If I could give it 10 stars, I definitely would!
