Carl's Jr. - Midland

I placed a drive-thru order, and the service was impressively quick. The customer service was outstanding—better than any other fast food restaurant I’ve been to!

My first visit to Carl's Jr. was quite disappointing. The smell of the burgers was enticing, but unfortunately, the burger patty itself was terrible—likely leftover from the day before or frozen, as it tasted off and had a strange texture. On top of that, there was an extra charge for salad tomatoes, which seemed unreasonable. The bacon was thin and not cooked properly, resembling paper more than anything else. I probably won’t be returning.

I ordered a double cheeseburger but received a cold single cheeseburger along with cold fries. I tried calling twice to fix my order, but no one answered the phone. This place is terrible.

The only good item from my order was the weaponries. The meat tasted stale, and the bread was not fresh either. You really need to make some changes immediately! The staff was friendly, but the quality of the food was lacking.

Food was good, service was pretty quick. I'll keep eating here. Update 1/22: waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for $42 worth of cold burgers and fries. The hand breaded chicken sandwich was worth $2 at best, not $13. Not the absolute worst place to eat in Midland, but inching down the list...
