Service was denied and they close at 10:00pm; this rule isn’t posted any where in the restaurant. Associate was rude rolling her eyes and asked another employee to take care of me. I will never buy food from any wing stop again. I will make a complaint to corporate as well they lack in customer service. Food: 1
I really wanted to like this place cause i love boneless wings. Ive been a few times now and every time im left wishing i got food elsewhere. The chicken is usually very dry and overcooked and the fries are terrible. I dont know if they need salt or what but even trying their specialty fries, i always wish i didnt. The service is what youd expect when you go to a fast food place with minimum wage workers.
Will wait forever for your order at least 45 minutes. Product is good if they get your order right. Employees are super slow at getting the product out. Store is often dirty with the garbage always full and dirty counter tops. Waiting on a refund from September that hasn’t processed because I didn’t receive the right order. The food is always good, but the store always smells like sewage. I don’t know if they have a plumbing issue but you can imagine it would make a person think again about eating the food. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
