Wendy's - Middletown

The taco salad was excellent, but the chicken nuggets were cold and tough. I wasn't a fan of that.

The chicken had a strange taste, but the sausage sandwich was really good. I only had one of the chicken sandwiches since the others were for the kids, but they're still asleep.

The tea tasted awful, almost like it had chemicals in it. There was no butter or sour cream for the baked potato, which is nothing new. I used to order lunch from here nearly every day, but that's no longer going to happen. I could understand if they simply replaced sweet tea with unsweetened tea, but the overall experience has been disappointing. I cannot recommend dining at this location for a long time. This place is doing a disservice to Wendy's reputation. It's disappointing to see the staff and managers here not addressing these issues. I'm usually quite understanding, but serving such poor-quality meals is unacceptable. I'm not the only one who has raised complaints in recent days, and yet no changes have been made. As a result, I will be taking my business—and likely many others'—elsewhere. The advantage of social media is that it allows us to warn others about this Wendy's. To anyone reading this, you've been warned: DO NOT EAT OR DRINK from this Wendy's.

Always forget crackers and whatnot for the chili : everything is always stone cold

The meal was decent; it wasn't very hot, but it was warm. The service was good. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.
