Subway - Middletown

This Subway location consistently provides a great experience. The quality of the meat seems to be better than at many other branches, looking noticeably fresher. This higher quality also extends to the meatballs, which are always served hot. On the downside, the seating is limited because the space is quite small.

Excellent fast service and a continually expanding menu with a variety of choices.

I tend to stick to my usual order, so I’ll keep this review short. You truly stand out from the other places in Middletown. Even though I always get the same sandwich, the care and attention you put into making it really sets you apart. Plus, they go the extra mile by packaging my footlong sandwich into two separate 6-inch portions. This is the best in the area!

It's Subway, but the staff here are really friendly and they make excellent subs. We were in a hurry and needed dinner, and we received a fantastic meal from a guy who's been making subs for 25 years. His recommendations for our orders were perfect. I'm sure I'll be coming back here again. Great job!

I typically don’t place online orders at this Subway because I live just two miles away, and they often get my orders wrong. It’s puzzling why a business would issue coupons and then change their policy, especially with the coupons set to expire in just a week. The young man who told me about the coupon situation felt bad and offered me a 10% discount, which was kind of him. However, it reflects poor public relations, especially in this economy. It seems unwise to risk losing regular customers over a coupon issue.
