Little Caesars Pizza - Middletown

Very upset and unsatisfied! ordered, waited, 5 minutes before it 'd be ready, it was canceled without explanation! in, ignored for 10 minutes before they were told by the manager about how they canceled it bc they were from cheese for filled crust and we should know! no apology! the employees were in the circle in the back, while the customers waited, literally every customer who came after us waited about ten minutes or more before they are greeted! the workers were rude and did not care and said how it was their fault and how they were contacting us. highly recommended! if I could give a zero star and would still leave a review, I would!

Slow service. an online order said it would be in half an hour ready here at 25 minutes in the drive thru. in the car drive waiting almost 25 minutes, then when I came to the window, says the hired that they did not move my calzone and pulls me up and says 5 minutes it is now 15 minutes more. impatient. parking: barely any

I ordered 4 pizzas online for collection. When I arrived for my order and had waited five minutes on the parking lot before it was planned for picking up, I then received an email indicating that the order had been canceled, no information was given why. When I came in, I waited for ten minutes before someone had addressed me, then told me that the order was canceled because the load had run out of cheese sticks for the filled crust. I was able to replace my order as a hand tosed, but did not receive an apology, the manager treated me as if I were a spoiled braid for even ordered filled crust pizzanins, and I did not try from the manager or personal to correct my lost time.

With little caesars they know what they get. it is not the highest quality pizza, but it tends to be a big bang for her buck. this particular place is however that I would avoid when they get that lil c demand. I ordered four times in the last few months. the first 2 were decent experiences, only extremely long waiting times (30-40minutes after picking up time).) the third time that I ordered online to have canceled the order from no reason 2 minutes before picking up while I was on the way. I called and asked why it was canceled and they informed me “it was not where close ready” and in the round said I had to reorder and pay a second time to get my original order. the fourth time when I had to pick it up at the scheduled time and wait for 37 minutes for my order and when I saw how they made several pizzas and ordering the crazy brotes, I did not see them use gloves, do not wash their hands and even suck the ingredients from their fingertips. this situation is extremely careless and uncertain. please find another location. I'm not gonna eat here again. the only reason why I gave 2 stars and not only 1 is because despite all their pizza was consistently quite delicious.

I will say, a few yrs. ago pizzas were Not always up to par.BUT TODAY, CURRENTLY, THE PIZZAS ARE VERY GOOD, I BUY ONE EVERY WEEK...HOT HOT..FRESH FRESH...AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY. YOU MAY NEED TO WAIT AWHILE..BUT MY SLOGAN IS....LITTLE CAESARS..THE PIZZA WORTH WAITING FOR!!!!! ' ' ' ' ' ' 'DELICIOUS
