I'm thrilled to finally find a Dunkin' / Baskin-Robbins that serves Mangonada! This is the main reason I'm giving it a 5-star rating! The service was excellent as well; the drive-thru was quick and well-organized. Service: Takeout Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

Today is 12/11/2022 I go here regularly probably because it 's the only drive-thru I can get coffee here in town. I typically never have an issue with any employees and if my order is wrong it 's corrected. However unfortunately everytime I go and the very short Spanish man) giving physical description because I don 't know his name) is there he always has an attitude and is very rude. Today my daughter ordered a curbside order and we waited 30 minutes before pulling around to the drive thru. He made eye contact with me and just kept walking by the window. When he finally did come to the window he opened it and said what do you need? Seriously I need you to use your manners and not have me waiting 30 minutes for fast food. I was polite and simply explained that my daughter ordered curbside and 30 minutes have past already. I don 't know what his issue is but get it together sheesh! No the place was not swamped either. After we got our ice cream, we noticed we still had about 25 minutes left before closing. As we began to enjoy our treats, a very rude employee approached us at 5:45 PM and told us, “We close in 15 minutes, and you have to leave now.” I responded, “Oh, I thought you were open until 6,” and she replied that the inside closes early. I told her we would start packing up, but she walked over to the door, stood there with it wide open on a very cold night, and waited for us to leave. I couldn’t believe it! As I walked out, I noticed she was covering her name tag and seemed ready to do something unprofessional. I took a picture because I knew I would have to report her. On our way out, she sarcastically thanked us for “coming in so late.” I asked for her name, and when her manager came in, she insisted she didn’t have to provide that information and added that they open at 5 AM. When I asked for her manager’s name, she responded condescendingly, “Oh, did I upset you?” I am shocked by the level of customer service displayed by this employee. After reading recent reviews, I wouldn’t be surprised if she is the root cause of many of the negative comments. I feel for the owners, as they have a serious issue impacting their reputation at what is otherwise a great location. I’ll be keeping this review up until they decide to reach out to me or address the issue with her.

The service here is outstanding, and the drinks are consistently excellent! This is by far the best Dunkin' in the area!
