Caribbean Flavaz - Middletown

The food was stale and lacked any flavor. We ended up throwing it away. The kitchen appeared dirty, and the staff member was exceptionally rude. This was my first and last visit.

My only issues were with the prices versus the quantity. The fried chicken was tasty, but I expected a larger piece for $2.50 each. A deal for ordering multiple pieces would have been nice. The mac and cheese was also enjoyable, though a bit greasy; I found the portion too small for $4.50, so I probably wouldn’t order that again. Overall, my entire meal totaled $25. The service was quick, and I did enjoy everything. I highly recommend taking advantage of $0 delivery on Uber Eats to support Black-owned restaurants!

Wow just wow, outstanding. Tasty and delicious, spiced just right. From the first bite till the last, this food was great!

As authentic as it can get outside the island. J chicken is so flavorful and divine. The rice and peas and cabbage are cooked to perfection. The beef patties and chicken patties are delicious.

Make sure you order the brown stew “bones” and “mush” with beans....mmmm.... very salty! Also, expect bad customer service from the lazy women who works here. Just her attitude towards people alone makes me question whether she’s even practicing food safety????
