Boston Market - Middletown

The chicken and ribs were fantastic! I will definitely choose the family combo again. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich because there was no sauce available when I placed my order.

This time, the food was fatty and overcooked. The vegetables were soggy, and the casserole had a taste that felt outdated.

The Boston Market on Route 211 in Middletown is fantastic! We appreciate how everyone greets us with a smile and maintains a high level of professionalism. The manager, Melissa, is simply the best—she’s incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help. She consistently makes sure we get exactly what we want and goes above and beyond to put the customer first. The entire staff is really pleasant. The food is always served hot and fresh, and we love their pot pies. If they’re out, they’ll make them for us just to accommodate our request. It's a great team there! I highly recommend this location.

The food was decent, although they didn't have my original order available, so they had to substitute the gravy for the country chicken. It was just okay. I wanted to order two meals, but they only had enough for one, so I opted for the bourbon bacon chicken instead. That was better than the breaded chicken, which was also good. The staff was friendly.

This is an incredible place for a lovely sit-down dinner. Manager Melissa was exceptionally helpful, and the staff were attentive and professional. I highly recommend it!
