Bakery Plus - Middletown

Cakes are good but owner seems overworked and overwhelmed. Unfortunately her customers get the brunt of it.

Called. Them this morning to order a birthday cake for my wife asked her a couple questions she says to me I don’t have time for I’m so busy do graduation cakes hog to my website then hangs up on me without saying anything she is so rude unprofessional I don’t know how she stays in business acting like that to customers I’ll take my money to another bakery she’s not the only bakery around

We have loved this bakery for decades. They had the best caramel walnut apple pie in the world. While they no longer make the pie, everything else is amazing, like chocolate mousse slices, tiramisu cakes, raspberry cheesecakes and other specialty items. Love this business.

I was running late and needed to pick up a cake for a 30th year work anniversary. Stopped by in a panic. I spoke with the lovely owner who suggested various options to feed a crowd (15-25 people) and 10 minutes later, I walked out with a 10 marble mousse cake and a smaller 7 chocolate mousse ganache cake. Both cakes were delicious! I got raves for what must have been advance planning of this awesome customized cake--Thank you!!Shhhh! this will be our little secret.
