Awesome food items are Homemade. Fresh bread makes the sandwiches to die for. Don't forget to try desert. I recommend the Cinnamon Rolls

We found a flyer from Middle Town Sweets offering a variety of Christmas baking for the holidays. Everything was delicious but the best were the coconut cream tarts!!! So reasonably priced & a real bonus for seniors. Great sandwiches, soups & coffee as well as fresh breads of all varieties. So happy this place is in Middleton

This is a wonderful little bakery that serves a great lunch on fresh bakery bread. The egg sandwich was one of the best I have ever had. There are a few tables so that you can eat in the store or you take your meal out. They have coffee, tea and soft drinks available for purchase. They also have excellent pastries and cookies. Their gingerbread cookies are some of the best I have tasted - a real home-made flavour. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are a traveler in the area, stop in and experience some authentic Nova Scotia baking and welcoming hospitality.
