I haven 't ever used it, but I 've seen cars at the end of the drive-thru line wrap all the way around to near the store entrance. That line may move quickly though. The inside of the building will be packed with people waiting usually for mobile orders, expect to wait around 20 minutes if it 's crowded.Outside of peak times it 's pretty standard. The inside is generally clean, and the staff is friendly. Sometimes mobile ordering isn 't available for some reason, my theory is that it 's too busy to keep receiving orders. I wish they stayed open later too, they close pretty early now.Parking: There are maybe around 20 spots total available in the entire parking lot? But these are shared between Starbucks, Five Guys, and Mattress Firm. You may have to wait to find a spot during rush hour.
Don’t go through the drive thru if you don’t have 30+ mins to wait. The line is usually extremely long and wrapped around the building. Getting your drink/food takes FOREVER.
Dean was exceptional and was the first person I saw in Madison. Dean really set the tone for our family’s overall experience on vacation. Coffee was delicious as well as the service. Shoutout to Dean! #Dean2024
The slowest service of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Do not go through the drive through unless you have 20-30 minutes to kill.
This Starbucks is absolutely ludicrous, I ordered a Pike roast per usual and I needed a stopper but the baristas were too busy making drinks and completely ignored me when I had asked for one, so I tried to grab one from over the counter which was too far away and I almost knocked over the other drinks trying to get one; and I was already late for work and didn’t want to bother the poor baristas so I left without it and it spilled on my leg on my way to work. Is there a reason it’s so out of reach of customers? I don’t see any other store doing this, it’s absolutely ridiculous, most of us don’t have time to sit and wait to catch the attention of a busy barista. I’d like to have a talk with corporate and see some changes here…if you want to keep your customers…
