Unfortunately, some of the employees at the front were quite rude and seemed indifferent, which detracted from the experience. That said, I understand that not every staff member was like this; every workplace has its mix of good and bad individuals. If the staff were trained to be more professional and customer-oriented, KFC Middlesbrough could easily earn my five-star approval. I hope this review helps others. Regarding KFC, my main issues were the long wait time for just one order despite the restaurant being empty, and the fact that the restrooms were locked for some unknown reason. This is not acceptable for a restaurant.

Great location! There's parking available right by the road. The staff is friendly, but the food quality doesn't live up to the usual KFC standards. The frying seemed a bit off. Has anyone else noticed the same issue at this branch?

Kfc have always made tasty enjoyable bun, but the restaurant here really has me like I was just an inconvenience. the delivery drivers take up the entire sitting area when the seat is partly closed in the evening, and although I have no complaining about eating, the place only needs a bit more a welcome feeling, instead of simply letting the personal simply switch off delivery orders that customers still go into the loading.

Quality of food and service has gone down. Staff just don't seem to care about providing a good service. Food is just thrown in bags instead of being boxed up correctly and always missing something from the order.
