Well, I start with a positive, eating is really good. the problem is that they have little to no chance to actually get what they order! I have left a 5-star rating after several first positive experiences before, but there is now a worker there who simply has no hint at what he does. he prepares to eat well, there is no doubt about it, but he can only take no telephone instructions. also the repetition of the order does not work! You have more chance to get what you want by just calling him and asking him to do something! I accept mistakes, but it happens every time, and no effort is made to put it right. (a call, about 10 minutes later, if I have already left and am home, is not customer service). also, say the deal does not include what we have ordered, although they have taken the order themselves, is not an excuse for it being wrong! the last three times were a catastrophe so we don't go back. I'm sorry, how it's nice to eat. Manager/Owner, when they read this, they need good employees to support their business. they have an excellent product, but it is left off by frontline employees.

I eat at least three times a week. fast delivery, friendly staff and always eat warm and fresh. they have the best donator in the city.
