You're claiming to have that on video. I have contacted the local business manager in Middlesboro, Ky, as well as companies and cannot react to my request to see the band. If someone from our party actually took the cream, I'll pay for it. So far we have been accused of being thieves and liars, but no answer to a request to see the evidence. Thanks for the quick answer to my online review. That's great. I will gladly update my review if this matter is resolved. Since this first review I was contacted by the local manager Jennifer, as well as the corporate office. After checking the band day and time of our visit, both were pretty gracious and apologetic. I found Jennifer to be professional, polite and concerned. It seems that there were a number of errors and misunderstandings that have now been resolved. Although our incident was unfortunate, these things happen and I do not wish a sick will towards the restaurant or its staff. There are few enough places to eat. I'm glad this whole thing could be solved and the accusations negated.
We have been their a few times this month. They are good at bring your food in good time . But that is it. They are very loud and every time we go they never bring us refills. We sit our empty glass at the end of the table but they never even come back to the table to see if we need anything. Sorry to be mean but that is just rude.
We drove from Campbell County, TN, today to dine at the Waffle King, but unfortunately, our experience was less than pleasant. After arriving, we waited for the waitstaff to clean off the table where we were standing. However, when a family arrived, the server seated them at that very table without acknowledging us. Despite our presence, the server completely ignored us, and it took all my restraint not to make a scene. Frustrated, we decided to leave. If she had simply informed us that the table was reserved or even acknowledged us in any way, it would have made a difference. I've also sent two emails through the company's website but received no response. This lack of communication leads me to believe that they don't value their customers at all. So, if you encounter any issues, don't waste your time trying to reach out—they don’t seem to bother replying.
Good food and service was nice. Only had a server and had a hurry, but she remained calm and was attentive to all her customers. Food was good, we had counted fried steak dinner my son had the tbone steak dinner he ordered medium rarely and came medium differently than great value for food
The food and service here are outstanding. I highly recommend visiting this place and experiencing it for yourself before relying on others' reviews.
