Little Caesars Pizza - Middlesboro

Good pizza for a great price. We enjoyed every bite.

I love the deep dish pepperoni pizza that this place has it ingenious when it is properly cooked, the last few times I was there was not really burned a better description and the fact that they do not have a phone so that you do not call and order everything that it is completely sad, you would think that every entrepreneur or entrepreneur would have at least their phone working

I would have got 5 stars, but I tried over 30 minutes to call my order so I wouldn't have to wait without answer. literally, the phone, still ringing, put on the seat and drove over. I told the young lady and she said the phone line in the wall was burned out and they waited for her to fix it after hours because the power had to be out. We didn't argue she was very nice, things happen sometimes from our control. Had to wait for my filled crazy bread, but it wasn't even 5 minutes and they brought it out. Hot and delicious!

They are usually great, but I tried to call an order last night to avoid waiting a long time and also it makes it easier for the employees because they 't rush around to try a big order while they take care of getaway and getaway orders. But after 30 to 45 minutes of the call to the order they still had 't answered the phone. Now after the first 20 minutes of continuous change, the line rose again and again. But I was determined to make pizza and wings my dinner, like my family, so I decided to go there and just wait for my order. On the Drive-thru Mic, before I could even tell the girl the first item in my order, she told me It would be 15 or 20 minutes waiting. Almost as if they really hoped id decide not to order at all. This is when I explained that I understood the waiting process for a walk, but I had tried for 45 minutes before, and she let me know that the phone was broken and that a new one was on order. That was probably true, but she treated it with a very hating and disgusting sound when she told me I was not satisfied with at all. But the food was still great.

They could make service a little better. Attitudes go a long way when your lacking in timelines! It's fast dinner tho and close to home so I use them alot. Also, they never answer the phone and I don't understand that! ?????
