Very poor service the worst employees on all Dunkin’ Donuts all around Ct .

Christina has been a staple in this community for as long as I’ve lived here. The service and friendliness she shows are unmatched. Today I stopped in with my daughter and my coffee even had a personalized note remembering an upcoming birthday! I can’t begin to express how special that one little gesture was.She is exceptional!!

A girl that works here who has short black hair and is short and wears eyeliner and wears piercing and wears glasses is not good at customer service and very unprofessional. I heard her swearing telling her coworker about me and my friends to get out and swearing. She didn't tell us directly but we're the only people in here. We also ordered food so I don't know why she is being so rude. We were just sitting on the couch having a quiet conversation. I feel very uncomfortable to come back even though me and my family and friends have been loyal customers to here for years.

This girl with many piercings, glasses, short hair, and wears eyeliner. She 's completely unprofessional and rude and is always swearing quite loudly. I 've encountered her having conversations such as What the f are you staring at and i want them to get the f out I 'm not completely sure of the context and if it was directed towards us but even on the other end of dunkin, what she said was clear and seemed towards the customers like me and my friends. Food was great though! Just very uncomfortable to be in a position where she seems to have a problem with customer like myself.

I often stop here as it's right down the road from me. Most of the time I get great service but as of late the employees seem to care more about talking and joking with eachother when there are no shift leaders or managers around. Today for example as soon as my order was complete the cashier immediately ran over to their coworker who was starting to prep my order and loudly distracted them with a story which resulted in me getting the wrong sandwich. This location has gone downhill and I will not be returning in the future.
