Przekaż informację zwrotnąAs soon as I pulled up at the front of this Qdoba, I should have went with my instinct and went to a different location. As you step up to the double doors the concrete is stained with black grease. Once you open the door there is a black rug in the vestibule. The vestibule smells of old grease. My immediate thought was to walk away and I definitely should have but I was on a quick break and I only wanted a quesadilla with chips and cheese. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and the chips and cheese, order came to $17.17. When I got in my truck with the food I immediately said this does not smell right, it smelled like the vestibule. The horrible odor of old, dirty grease. I went back to my office and I opened the bag and the quesadilla looked okay so I tried it. The salsa tasted like watered down tomatoes and had a rancid taste, almost like a sour taste. I tried the chips and cheese and it had the same taste so naturally I am not eating this food. I called the store and spoke with the manager Steven and he said if I can bring it back he can either remake it or refund. I asked for a refund since it was the food that was old or they had not changed the grease since they opened the doors on the first day of business. I drove back to the restaurant and I was greeted by Steven who said, you don 't like any of it. I politely said no, it tastes like the grease is old or something. So he offers a refund, he asked me for the receipt. I said, I thought you had put it in the bag but it was not in there so I don 't think you gave me one. He said, I asked everybody if they want their receipt and you said no so no receipt, I can not give a refund. I said but you know you just waited on me less than 10 minutes ago and I can show you the transaction on my phone. He said, no receipt, no refund. Lauren, another shift manager told him to reprint the receipt and he said no. I asked him to look in the pile of receipts laying by the register and he said no. Steven said he is the only manager they have and he is not giving me a refund. He told me to call customer service which is not possible because Qdoba only offers a Tell Us option to reach customer service. So if the food wasn 't enough to ruin my lunch Steven definitely did. It would be disgraceful to even say he acted as anyone 's manager for sure, his title is actually a shift leader while the GM is away for about another month but he is most definitely not a leader. The store was very dirty, the associates looked dirty, ungroomed and the whole restaurant had a sour, old grease odor. So this was customer service at it 's absolute worst. No lunch, No service, No Refund. I really hope no one gets sick from eating here. Improper food handling for sure.
The team has a great vibe about them, and the GM always has a positive attitude. She got me to sign up for rewards, and I have been earning free food ever since! I come in a lot, and they are always clean and friendly and always have fun while they are working. Overall, amazing food and service. Way better than White Marsh.
The only thing that wasn't correct was I wanted 1 Diablo sauce and 1 queso sauce but got 2 queso sauces.
Store window says open at 1030am. Store doors still locked at 1045am. Please change Store hours on the window.
When QDOBA opened in middle River I was happy till today, did they hire people from Chipotle? Because it is starting to look like it .people standing around when fools are nasty as the Table were but that not thay need to be trained better the that did food drop food on counter then tried to put it in our food she seemed to have a bad attitude wow! Please someone FIX this QDOBA before we stop going. Thank You. Because I'm almost 60 and I can do better.
