Vlass - Middelkerke

This restaurant was extremely delicious with a sophisticated menu. I, a big eater, definitely had enough to eat. I opted for non-alcoholic drinks and the juices and infusions were exceptional. I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful culinary experience at a restaurant in Middelkerke. It has recently been awarded a Michelin star for good reason. The sommelier is young, but incredibly talented. The cuisine is creative, using fresh ingredients in a cozy family-run restaurant. With only 20 seats available, reservations are a must to fully enjoy this dining experience.

The staff are incredibly friendly, the interior design is great, and the service is genuine and exceptional.
