Once a friendly micropub that specializes in real ales, especially sussex ales, something different and unique. now a loud football full of screaming and screaming. not return. if they are looking for a nice place to drink, sit and chat with friends, then they give that a big lie!
This pub has a very good selection of real ales and more. I can highly recommend this pub. the staff is very helpful and friendly.
This pub looks somewhat unusual from the outside, as the frontage is still very like a load. in the inner it is beautiful but some comfortable sitting and feeling a pub. one of our groups asked for an ipa, the person behind the bar. did not seem to know what an ipa was, what was a little surprising, but someone else in the pub suggested to try. a friendly atmosphere, seems popular with locals.
Our second visit and not disappointed so expect more. Sunday opening now 2pm. Good range of ales, and ciders. Wine but no soda, nibbles on the side.
