Saffron Indian Takeaway - Mid Devon

We decided to try this takeout restaurant for the first time. Both my partner and son ordered a korma, but unfortunately the chicken was undercooked and pink. We only realized this after we had almost finished our meal, which led to suspected food poisoning and upset stomachs for both of us. When my partner addressed the issue with a staff member, they were unhelpful. We will not be ordering from here again.

This restaurant opened recently and I have visited it a couple of times. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was hot and delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

I always order from this restaurant because their food is consistently delicious and hot. I used to be disappointed by other Indian takeaways in town until I found this one. They are the best in town and I highly recommend them.

This takeaway started off so well , the food was fabulous, unfortunately the standards have dropped big time , the quality is not good .We had a takeaway at the weekend for 3 people, honey chicken,it had the consistency of ready brek made with water and two other chicken dishes that were no better. Will not be returning

Heard great reedback regarding the new saffron indian in town, so gave it a go, really dissapointed, we ordered a lamb and a chicken dish, both came with 5 pieces of meat in each covered in a thin tasteless sauce, such a shame as was really looking forward to trying it out, could swear blind it tasted the same as the One takeaway i ordered from the now closed india lounge that was equally as bad
