Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Miccosukee

I accidentally placed an order at this location instead of a different location. When I went to cancel the order, it said I had to call the store. I have called the store 6 times have not received any answer. How am I supposed to be refunded if I cannot cancel or contact anyone?

Love to swing by for a treat every once in a while. They are pricey, but the portions are filling.

EASILY the most pleasant, efficient, and consistent of the 3 locations I frequent. Total bonus that the Ocala Rd. smoothies are $1 less than the other locations!

I ordered a smoothie and wrap combo, this is the same wrap and smoothie combo that I order frequently from the tropical smoothie by my house and when I say this was by far one of the worst wraps and smoothies I have gotten it’s not an understatement. My smoothie was missing ingredients and so was the wrap. I tried to call the store about 5-6 times with absolutely no answer. I hate leaving negative reviews but at some point it’s the only option when you can’t get anyone to answer a phone. I’ll be ordering from a different location moving forward.

One of the worst experiences I ever had with tropical cafe . I order on door dash on 1/05/24 around 5:00 pm . Who ever is working that night shift sucks. Watery smoothie . Food is completely a mess , watery and falling apart from a chicken creaser wrap. Another time I came to get a veggie wrap the whole staff said they didn’t know how to make it . Terrible service. I don’t know what’s up with this location.
