Checkers - Miccosukee

The manager was very unprofessional as I pulled up to the drive thru window. He began talking disrespectfully about me to him worker.. then decided I wasn’t going to accept my order and pulled out the drive thru line and parked them went back in and asked for a refund.. While standing at the counter The manager continued to curse and talk down to me and even engaged his associates to participate which the only male associate worker began saying rude comments to me and while the store manager continued ranting about something I have no idea. I politely asked for my refund and gave him back his food. I didn’t trust the food thinking he might have spit in my burger.. At one point after customer entered the restaurant and the male associate attempted to involve her in my situation. The manager guy told me he refunded my order.. I asked for a receipt confirming that I was refunded and he gave me another receipt showing $0.00 dollars.. I then simply asked How is this proof my $7.51 was refunded to my card. He stated “ It takes 7-10 business days and walked away from the counter. When I returned to my car I called Checkers Corporation to make a complaint and asked them for my refund.. I was given a reference number to follow up with smh and told they would look into the managers actions. I will never visit this location again. It was June 25, 2024 at 3:30PM. 802 Lake Bradford Road Checkers Restaurant. The manager was a younger black guy.

On June 25, 2024, at 3:30 PM I went into this location to get food not only was the manager disrespectful curse me out to my face. He also allowed his male associate curse me out for no reason then when I Ask for a refund, he told me he processed it, but didn’t give me any proof that he refunded my transaction. I gave him the whole order back the manager at this location a black young guy is very disrespectful. He shouldn’t be working customer service.

The food was decent, the staff made me feel unwelcome.

Not terrible food, but I did wait 10 minutes for someone to take my order inside. This girl just kept staring at me until her manager looked annoyed at her and she took my order.

This place is the worst ever the employees are rude and rush you. And the employees flipped me off.
