I requested another table but she led us to a table on the other side of a pony wall from the 8 top. We couldn 't believe that there where at least 25 empty tables and we were all being seated in this one area. The hostess told a very tall server with a braided ponytail that we wanted a different table, she said just seat them anywhere in a condescending manner that we were just steps away. I 've been in the restaurant business and I 'm a current store manager and I was appalled at the attitudes.
Good food! Great service! Our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. Only giving 4 stars bc though our food came out fast, and tasted fresh, nothing was really hot. Very tasty with good coffee tho. Also very kid friendly which was a great perk, and we loved the music selection. Another negative is just how small the parking lot is, but we will definitely be back.
I can only stress if you haven't tried this place you really need to! It is that good! I got the Wisconsin scramble with toast and hash browns. The eggs were so light and fluffy! Made with cream cheese and 2 other cheeses. So so good! Our waiter was perfect! Restaurant was very clean and decorated very nicely! Bathroom was super clean.
Food was great and they gave us large portions. We got served quickly. Price was good and the servers were friendly. Definitely going back!
Really disappointed to say the least. I am local for a couple of weeks due to work and was in Columbus a couple months ago where I found scramblers for the first time. I had a great experience and was excited when I found there was a scramblers close by. After receiving our food I asked for plastic silverware as I always do everywhere we eat just because the utensils go directly in our mouth and I prefer plastic especially for my toddler. The server told us because we were dining in we would not be allowed plastic and had to use regular silverware. She said it was the managers policy. I was a little taken back by this response because I have always asked for plastic and have never had a problem so I asked to speak to the manager. When the manager came over I asked could I have plastic utensils please and she told me I can’t do that because it’s only for carry out orders. I told her I’m a paying customer just like them I should be able to have the utensils I choose. She than with a attitude asked me “are you saying our utensils are dirty” yet again taken back by this response I than offered to even pay for the plastic utensils and still with a attitude she said no you can’t, they are for take out only. We just got to go boxes and left. Let’s just say something so simple as a plastic fork to please a paying customer was too hard. I will not be returning.
