Wendy's - Miami

Overall, it was similar to other Wendy's locations, but the number of flies in the restaurant was astonishing. I mentioned this to the manager, who acknowledged it but didn’t seem to care much. I live nearby, and if I encounter that situation again, I won't be coming back.

I ordered five of the same meal to keep it simple, but they still managed to get my order wrong. Not only were all five items incorrect, but they were also cold, and the fries tasted like they were from the day before. This is really disappointing—I'd rather drive to another location than come here again. Thanks, Wendy's, for messing up my order. Also, they never have paper for receipts or ink for their printers. How convenient! Just saying.

Considering the high prices for fast food, Wendy's corporate really needs to address the staff's disrespectful behavior towards customers. This is, by far, the worst Wendy's in the entire Kendall area. The food we received was unappetizing and cold. I would much rather go to McDonald's and pay their prices. This will definitely be my last visit here. Beware: bad service and unpleasant, cold food await you.

I don’t know what’s going on With the customer service but the last two times I’ve gone it’s been horrible. I ordered a number 7 and then asked for two plain chicken sandwich from the value menu no lettuce no Mayo and when I paid I didn’t get a receipt, then when I got my food it was the two expensive chicken sandwich and they had charge me 22 dollars I knew I couldn’t return or complain because the guy didn’t even give me a receipt 22 dollars on one person, never going to this Wendy’s again I rather drive to the one on 88st then come to this one.

I usually drive through and right of the bat, the food is barely warm. I've never had a hot bag of food. The crew is nice but the food is ehh. I always have hope it'll be warmer next time.
