True Food Kitchen The Falls - Miami

The food quality was good, but I can't overlook the excessive wait time for our meals. I rated the service only 2 stars because my waiter did his best, but the overall experience was disappointing due to the delays. We waited at least 45 minutes for our food, and they forgot one person’s soup, which we had to ask for twice. It finally arrived just as she was finishing her meal. While I do appreciate the food itself, I'm hesitant to return, and I would recommend this place with reservations.

Our visit to this restaurant was quite an experience, to say the least. We waited for at least 5-7 minutes before a server came to take our order. To make matters worse, we received our appetizer before our drinks. The kale salad was overly dressed, and I didn’t want to send it back because I didn't want to wait any longer. Once we finished our meal, it took about 10 minutes to get the server's attention for boxes and the check. In the end, my husband had to find someone to process our payment so we could finally leave.

The food was tasty, but what stands out even more is that it's healthy.

Food was superb today! Loved the pesto pasta tasty and deliciously fresh! I topped with salmon which was perfectly grilled. I highly recommend this dish. The spaghetti squash lasagna which I had last time was equally impressive and delicious. Service provided by Nene was spot on as usual! This is a favorite spot for lunch with the ladies!

The brunch menu at True Food kitchen is really delicious. My friend and I both had the smoked salmon on toast with lemon ricotta and greens and it was delicious. All washed down with black tea. Also got a free birthday dessert! The same negative is true every time I go, service is great until you get your food and then nobody ever comes back to check on you or offer you drink refills and I had to personally get up and go to the bar to get a second glass of iced tea. This has happened the last four times I have been to this restaurant, but I keep going back for the delicious fresh and healthy food.
