Taco Bell - Miami

This Taco Bell is conveniently located near my workplace, so I visit often. I have to say, every time I go through the drive-thru, I receive exceptional care and attention with my order. The staff always have positive attitudes, and the food is consistently cooked to perfection; I never encounter any burnt or undercooked items. They ensure that my order is accurate and even ask if I would like any sauces at the window, just in case I forget to request them at the ordering machine. Overall, this particular Taco Bell stands out for having the best customer service, attitude, and food preparation among all the locations I’ve visited so far. Clearly, the management knows how to hire the right people.

I found plastic from the nacho cheese sauce packaging in my white ranch fried steak burrito, which didn't even have any steak in it.

I was extremely disappointed with my order and the service I received. I paid $13 for a chicken chalupa combo, expecting to enjoy plenty of chicken. To my surprise, there were only four tiny pieces of chicken on my chalupa, and my tacos were barely topped with meat—there was hardly any at all. It honestly feels like the employees might be eating the inventory and shortchanging customers with their orders. I will never return to this restaurant again.

Absolutely the best Taco Bell in Florida! This is the location I go to when I'm in Miami. I don't know what it is they do so well and different here, but it's working for them! The tastiest food and it's always fresh and taste as it should! Greatlocation! Plenty of parking!

The most irritating thing during a drive through is the person taking the order being rude or upset that they are working. This taco bell has poor customer service. Infamous for will that be it being asked over and over and over as you order.
