Przekaż informację zwrotnąVery very long wait for food. Very cheap execution of a restaurant. E.g. all electrical outlets plated over so there is no phone charging. No soda machine working except behind the counter (for sure to limit customer refills), etc. It was a verystingy Taco Bell! The food quality was poor as well woth things like chips and tortillas being stale. Homeless outside lefthorrible messes and smells of urine. Yuck having to walk directly by them to get into the door!
Typically, the line is always busy and I don?t got no problem in waiting. My one star goes out to this one bad worker, who works in the drive thru. Today October 7 at approximately 8 about to be 9 at night. I had the worst service. The lady who was takingmy order, was making me repeat what I was saying(and not only I repeated myself but the person who was sitting next in the car had to yell so that she could hear correctly) she basically was taking my order and playing around at work. When I got to thewindow, she couldn?t stop laughing in my face, clearly she was goofing off at work and it was all a joke to her. Taco Bellshould really hire people who want to work!
I don't live in the US, and in my country, fast food restaurants are not the neglected, almost forgotten places that seem to be common in the US. Unfortunately, that was exactly the vibe I encountered at this Taco Bell. The atmosphere was dismal; the place felt empty and unclean, and the service left much to be desired. There were two ordering screens, but one was completely out of order. Thankfully, I was in the mood for a rather gloomy dinner that night. Sorry, but I won’t be returning! Well, maybe just once more, and that’s it!
I placed a mobile order and went to pick up my food, but when I arrived at the counter, no one even asked if I needed help. I stood in line, which only had two other people besides me, for about 30 minutes before finally receiving my order, only to find that it was cold and had to be remade. It doesn't make sense to order online if you end up waiting so long; you might as well just go in and order directly. The manager mentioned that I should come to the counter to inform them of my mobile order, but there was no one available to assist me. All the employees were busy preparing food, moving slowly, and seemed disoriented when I tried to ask for assistance.
I live right next to this restaurant, and every time I order, it takes at least 40 minutes for them to prepare even the simplest meals. The staff are consistently inattentive and rude, regardless of how patient you try to be with them. You’re better off dining almost anywhere else.
