Starbucks - Miami

Ordered an Açaí refresher in the drive through, and while shaking the cup i looked at the strawberries and noticed worms inside ??????????????? you can see one on the corner of the cup in the photo. I?m disgusted, won?t be back to any starbucks. Costumer service sucks too.

I really enjoy this Starbucks! It's conveniently located on Biscayne Blvd, making it a perfect quick stop when running errands. I usually use the drive-thru, which always has a short line. The coffee and food always taste great, and the staff is friendly!

This location used to be really good. Lately it has been a complete mess. A few weeks ago they put some weird flavored syrup in my drink despite ordering simply an iced latte. A few days later they put curdled milk in my drink (which I documented with corporate Starbucks). And about the last month or so, the drive through is very, very slow, which causes a disaster on the side street. They also no longer fill venti size drinks up, which makes the venti more like a grande. Hopefully they can work to resolve these issues.

The drive-thru was a complete disaster. I normally don't write reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that I felt compelled to share. To begin with, they made my drink incorrectly. I politely asked if they could make me something else since they struggled to make a simple vanilla coffee with oat milk. They then asked me to pull up and wait for the drink, but no one brought it out as promised. I had to go inside to inquire about it. A nice girl helped me and replaced my order, giving me exactly what I had asked for the second time. However, the girl with the ginger wig was very rude.

The restaurant is in a great location, but by 6 pm it is empty and unattractive. The staff does not seem to care about their work. I ordered a grande pumpkin spice latte, but it was mostly filled with ice. By the time I got to my car, the drink was already finished. I would not recommend this place as the staff is not professional.
