Smoothie King - Miami

My smoothie was terrible. I had veggie mango. I tasted a lumpy kale and a bit very sweet like sugar or yogurt. never again.

Ordered a Strawberry Hulk and it tasted super watery, the texture was not solid either. Normally at other smoothie king location I order the same for years. I know the taste and texture. First and last time I go to this location. I was inside when they were making it. They added a lot of ice and water and when it came to strawberries, they went cheap and only add very little. Hence why the smoothie taste like ice and water and no strawberry flavor same with texture. They are so cheap in adding the correct recipe ingredients: Paid close to $10 for basically water and ice with some pink color. Very disappointed. They should be ashamed to scam customers like that.

If I were to give this review zero stars I would place that it's located in is a beautiful neighborhood and the smoothie King is probably the cleanest I ever been to I always come here every year because I'm from New York and I like visiting Miami once in a while and I always go to the same smoothie king because it's next to this beautiful park that I love going to but every time I come to the smoothie King there's always these two girls taking my order and they have to be the rudest humans beings on earth and her wig looks like it's falling off they were so rude to me I had to wait 40 minutes for my order and I was the only one there they were dancing in the back while doing my order they are so rude and they almost threw my strawberry banana drink at me the worst customer service I ever had smoothie was pretty good but worst customer service ever should fire them.

The employees literally won't speak to you hoping that you'll leave, stay far away- 3 people walked out as the cashier stood there looking at the ground ignoring customers

We arrived here on July 3rd, Sunday. 20 minutes before closing an employee told us that “we are kind of closing”. The first time in my life we felt guilty that we want to buy something and make some profit for the company. When she saw that we are confused by her statement once we asked “oh you are closing but it’s like 7:40 ???” then she decided that they are not closing and called another employee to come. Then more costumers arrived, like 6 of them. Moreover and most important, she also made us smoothie that taste like never before, it was so messed up that we couldn’t recognize the flavor and consistency of the smoothie. I always order Lean1 in other Smoothie King’s and I know exactly how it should taste like. If you don’t like your job so much, maybe you should consider go to work somewhere else… Do not recommend this place!!
