We always had to call the waiter for every little thing (remember that there were 3 tables that sat at any given time including us and about 4 waiters plus the bartender). And beyond that it seemed that some tables got bread on seats, but not all of us? When we noticed that we already paid the bill, it didn't matter to ask at that time. After all, the food was good, but nothing amazing and for the amount we definitely paid was not worth the trip. For the reference we ordered a cocktail, a fatuccine Alfredo and a pasta fagioli soup, which all together cost just under $60 before tax and tips. The pasta was fine and the soup was 90% beans(I?m not Italian Idk if this is how this soup is actually, but the description on the menu not even mentioned beans). All in all, I felt that this place was overpriced average food.
The dining experience was fantastic! The fries were delicious, and the presentation was excellent. The drinks were perfect as well. Our waitress, Alex, was phenomenal! She brought everything together seamlessly, was friendly and accommodating. Her recommendations were spot-on, demonstrating her extensive knowledge of the menu.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and honestly, I didn’t have high expectations since it's located in the Grand Retail Mall. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent food and service! We were seated right away, and our server, Alexander, was very knowledgeable and helpful. His food recommendations were spot on. We started with some appetizers from the Happy Hour menu (5-7 PM) and then enjoyed the daily specials: Bronzino and Mushroom Risotto. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! For drinks during those warm autumn months, I highly recommend the No-Name and the Margarita—they're both refreshing! You definitely don't want to miss out!
The orders were taken promptly, and our food arrived quickly too. Unfortunately, that's where the good service ended. I understand the restaurant was busy, but it took a full hour for me to receive my check, despite asking several times. The table next to us was waiting even longer. I still left a decent tip, but I doubt I will return.
Yaritza was our server; she was excellent and attentive. Overall all staff was accommodating and friendly, with excellent recommendations on my drink (tequila sunrise). I had an egg any style; the bacon has French and crunchy.
