Pollo Tropical - Miami

This particular Pollo Tropical could be more aptly named Pollo Tropical Leftovers. If you visit after 7:00, chances are they've run out of yellow rice, sauces, and extra toppings. The service is incredibly slow and the staff seem disorganized. It feels like they're trying to replicate a tropical island experience in a place where there's barely anything left. It's almost reminiscent of Cuba.

This place is a nightmare girl bolt in the other way I assure you that other food place is better than this. Always something is missing in my order. I always came back because there was usually something small, but they really pushed it this time. They gave me a tiny cripple chicken instead of a sandwich, and they missed a whole piece. but they still accused me of everything. Listen, I get it if you don't have the food items available, but just say that! don?t try to pass a sniffy little piece of crusty chicken than another thing. or calculate me for something that is not even in the pocket. It's just criminal. I tried to talk to the manager about it and she just told me to cancel the pickup order? What do you mean? I have already paid and the order has been completed, I cannot cancel it lmao. had to come an hour to their crappyservice line to finally get my refund as they were too rude to do it in the store.

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes only to be told they were only accepting cash payments. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes to exit the drive-thru. The manager, Maria, had terrible customer service. I didn't want to give my card information, so I had to go inside to place my order. Despite being able to take payment at the window, she refused to do so. When I asked for the company number, she couldn't provide it and instead suggested looking at the bottom of the receipt or on the entrance, neither of which were helpful. This whole ordeal took up 40 minutes of my lunch break. It was a terrible experience with extremely poor customer service. I will never dine at this restaurant again.

The food at this restaurant is tasty, but the service leaves much to be desired. It seems like they always make mistakes with orders, such as missing sauces or forgetting utensils. However, there is a lady named Linda who never fails to get my order right and provides the sauces I ask for. Unfortunately, another lady serving later tends to yell at Linda when there is a mistake.

Horrible experience I came in my lunch brake on Monday and was not able to eat , came inside at 1:20 pm on and got my order at 2:11 pm ,50 minutes waiting, ordered Yuka fried with cilantro sauce and they gave me the order without the sauce, said it was none left. The line to order was extended and they only had one cashier that took her time she left the cashier unattended in several occasions. Horrible experience I will not come ever ever again.
