Pollo Tropical - Miami

We had a wonderful medium of grilled meat, plantain, rice and bean. it is a fast food place, but does not offer ordinary fast food. it was delicious and well prepared. the staff was really friendly and helpful. it didn't cost much money to eat there.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but on this particular visit, the service was lacking. I ordered a quarter of white-meat chicken with rice and beans, but instead received four containers of just beans. When I returned to rectify the mistake, I was initially given a shrimp ceviche instead. Eventually, I received what I thought was the correct order, only to discover at home that it was actually dark meat. Overall, not a great experience, Pollo Tropical.

ANNEX is where you can begin with the delicious papillo dish, which unfortunately is no longer on the menu. The chicken was dry, the beans lacked salt, and the rice was overly sticky, leaving me to believe they may have changed ownership.

Terrible service! No checkout available to order inside (car through or online only took over 40 minutes to get the simple order!

Awful experience! The staff couldn't hear my order at the drive-thru, they didn't have the item I wanted, and they made a mistake with my order.
