Poki Bowl Kendall - Miami

The costumer service is aswesome, and the bowl is so great! All the sea food taste delicious!

Had a poki bowl. I've been to a couple of stores in this franchise, and I haven't been disappointed yet. Love how they give you options to customize what you want. Food has been on point each time, and this store is no exception. Highly recommend!

Went for the first time last week and I've been back 2 times since then. Very good!

I had gone in because of the Tuesday Boba special. First thing is that they have two different prices being advertised. One on a screen for 5, but they changed the computers pricing to 6. When I asked about it they mentioned that they knew the lower priced one was still being advertised, but they were, I guess, too lazy to change it. Aside from the false advertisement, the drink I chose was a Thai milk tea. It was below average. They didn't have the proper equipment to make it, the color and flavor were lacking, and the cup isn't even made for the straws they gave. The lid broke in half because the straw was too large. At a poki place, no wonder it tasted like the Boba was an afterthought when you stop to consider there are specialty locations made for just that. And at over 7 dollars a cup normally, no thank you.

Everything was delicious, fresh, and the boba was very good. The ladies at the front were super sweet and helpful.
