Papa John's Pizza - Miami

Haven't had PJs in a while (didn't want to patronize Mr Schnatter) but my kid had a craving and really wanted a ½ cheese ½ pepp. Ordered through the app with zero problem and picked up a hot pie without having to wait.

I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Had to hang up and call again, was still on hold. Bad customer service. I ended up getting my pizza from another location.

Great service from the workers here, I never have any issues with my orders being completed and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Well at least the food is good here when you get it. This location could use some more customer service skills. They will leave you sitting in the lobby without a hello or we'll get to you. So ... You kind of awkwardly stand there waiting for them tofinish folding boxes or whatever. I mean at least they are busy working but maybe they could use some more help for tending tothe lobby. A customer was there last night that waited 3 hrs for a delivery. I didn't wait long for my order last night as I didcarry out. They can be rather frantic whenever I go there so maybe some more organization would help them. I didn't get thestuffed crust I requested either

Ordered pizza through app. Needed to cancel order. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes. Employee had a rude tone and attitude. Delayed canceling my order and did not refund me my money.
