Panera Bread - Miami

Great staff, fresh food, VERY CLEAN, outstanding customer service. It was breakfast rush hour and I was in and out within minutes. The GM is super friendly and terrific! Definitely recommend this Panera over most in south Florida. 5

This location is very nice, and the employees are very nice. And this location is probably the nicest one I've been to in a while. The only problem is the food. It tastes good, but what is being charged and what you are getting is a bit ridiculous. I got one of the new sandwiches today, and it cost me a little over $11. When I got home, I was shocked when I opened it up and saw a toasted baguette with just 3 slices of tomato and a bit of melted cheese. Also, some random pieces of green leaves. Essentially, it was like I was just eating bread for $11. I will probably never buy their new sandwiches/melts after today. I know the cost of everything has gone up, but this is just not right. I do recommend their soups, though! That is definitely worth every penny.

Food quantity and portions have significantly changed. Waited over 25 minutes for food and they forgot the chicken on the salad. Not worth the money anymore.
