Olive Garden Italian - Miami

Really enjoyed this location. Service was on point and the food was just perfect. Great atmosphere.Food: 5/5

Was pleasantly surprised how fast we were seated (10 minutes wait; the Fountainbleau location has a reputation for long lines wait times).The food was good the endless soup, salad and breadsticks was a great deal. Salad and breadsticks were delicious addictive. But the soup [Zuppa Tuscana], although tasty, was more watery than creamy, while the collard greens were undercooked and crisp. It was like the soup didn't have enough cooking time to curdle. The calamari was also well cooked and delicious. I also recommend the cheesecake.Raul, who waited on us, was excellent and efficient. He handled multiple tables flawlessly.Atmosphere was good not obnoxiously loud ambiance. Italian music plays comfortably in the background.Kid friendliness: Have kids menu for those under 12 years old. Also have the tabletop video game on all tables.

We like this chain of restaurants, but especially this location. On this occasion, we had a very nice young man, his name is Oliver, he greeted us gracefully, he was professional and attentive; he made sure the food, bread, salad and everything was fantastic. We even celebrated a birthday. Thank you, Oliver. We always enjoyed this place and had a great time. Thank you... should be back soon.

We went to celebrate I sold my condo, we seated and then our server was nice asked for drinks and stuff he got it and then it seems like they were short staff because I had to us two different servers for our server getting us the bread. We asked for a salad no onions he brought it with onions. It was just like lack of communication from his part. I think he got it way too many tables that he couldn’t keep up with the orders however, he was nice I’m not gonna lie I continuously missing out on stuff. I order my carbonara with bacon on the side my sister order her scampi with the cheese on the side and everything was and it was just annoying afterwards but we were hungry and we ate it, however, is just me you gotta PAY attention what your guest are requesting.I GUESS COMMON SENSE ISNT COMMON ANYMORE IS LIKE A SUPER POWER.MIAMI ?pls get it together

I stop by today to celebrate my brother birthday we check in at this location we wait for a quite long time and the order came wrong we have to wait more than 20 minutes more to fix the meal, it very unfortunate that managers try to fix the error and the unprofessionalism with just giving you a desert, it’s not about getting complementary food it was about that our whole family choose this place to celebrate my brother’s birthday…. Very sad and really bad service ….
