Moulin Rose Bakery - Miami

The quality of the cakes is awful. I bought one yesterday, and we all agreed it tasted old—probably from January. It was incredibly hard and stale. Considering how many excellent candy stores there are in Miami, we really picked the wrong option.

I had a very disappointing experience at this bakery. I was really hungry and stopped by after my doctor's appointment, but I was let down. The meat pastries were completely devoid of meat and didn't taste good at all. The guava and cheese pastry tasted old, as if it had been left out overnight, with stale edges and hardly any guava or cheese inside—just flaky pastry. I also ordered a ham and cheese empanada, but it was undercooked and lacked cheese, while the ham was quite unpleasant. I'm definitely going to ask for a refund. This experience is unacceptable, and I'm really upset about it. Just look at the empanada!

We have to correct the time, it is 5:26 am, the website says open from 5:00 am and they tell me from inside that they open at 5:30, 4 minutes left, it is raining and they still won't open for me haha Let's not respect your schedules, but change the schedule on the website OK

We ordered cheese sticks, croquettes, fresh orange juice and Cortadito, everything is very fresh and delicious; The staff is very attentive, the place is very nice at good prices.

Was ignored and skipped over twice as an attendant found it funny while making faces to another coworker. Would probably never go back to this establishment. I guess if you're darker than the usuals and don't speak the language, they find it difficult to assist you. It's a shame because it's one of the better bakeries in the area.
