Mcdonald's - Miami

We were in a hurry during a busy time, so the service was rushed and a bit chaotic. However, the food was okay and fulfilled our need for a quick meal.

I have visited this McDonald's a few times and on both occasions, my order was incorrect. After a negative first experience, I decided to give them another chance a few weeks later, but once again they got my order wrong. Not only did they mess up my order, but they were also rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. After having my order wrong twice in one visit, I asked for it to be corrected a third time, and it seemed like they were laughing at me for pointing out their mistake. The lack of customer service here is disappointing as I used to enjoy McDonald's, but I will not be returning. They do not deserve my business.

I ordered a cheeseburger and specifically asked for it to be plain. Despite confirming my request twice, the burger still came with toppings. Additionally, I ordered a fillet-o-fish which ended up being a simple fish sandwich instead. If I could give this experience 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this McDonald's.

Avoid this device at all costs. management and staff are dissatisfied. they will probably give them the wrong order or they will not be open during regular business. don't waste your time or your money.

Terrible service. They can never seem to figure out how to work the mobile orders. Manager in the mornings has zero people skills .
