Mcdonald's - Miami

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The Big Mac was made incorrectly with no sauce and an excessive amount of lettuce. The fries in both the kids meal and Big Mac meal were cold and hard. The burgers were extremely salty and uneatable. Overall, it was a waste of $20 as the food ended up being thrown away.

Everything about the restaurant was enjoyable, but the fries were disappointing as they tasted stale and were served cold.

Takeout breakfast meal from this restaurant was priced between $10-20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 2. The only recommended dish mentioned was the French fries.

I had to prepay and use a code to go through the drive-thru, but I still had to wait for my order. What was the point of ordering on the app if I still had to wait 15-20 minutes? The service was lacking, but the food was good. Overall, it was a takeout dinner under $10 per person, with a rating of 4 for the food, 2 for service, and 2 for atmosphere.

I have been attempting to order a chocolate milkshake for six months now. Every time I go, the ice cream machine is always out of order. The staff also give off an attitude as if it's unreasonable to expect a place that offers ice cream to actually have it available. The food is passable, but my fries have only been fresh on two out of my last ten visits. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 2 and the atmosphere a 1.
